If notification of cancellation is received >14 working days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charge but 5% of the refund value or USD 10, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.

If notification of cancellation is received between 7-14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of 10% of the refund value or USD 15, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.

If notification of cancellation is received less than 2-6 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of one night's accommodation (if your booking was for only 1 night then full amount will be charged)
