Cancellation policy
- Booking with 5 rooms below:
- If notification of cancellation is received >14 working days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charge but 5% of the refund value or USD 10, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.
- If notification of cancellation is received between 7-14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of 10% of the refund value or USD 15, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.
- If notification of cancellation is received less than 2-6 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of one night's accommodation (if your booking was for only 1 night then full amount will be charged)
- Booking with group below 20 rooms:
- Cancellation before 21 days: no charge
- Cancellation after 21 days: 50% total room charge.
- Cancellation after 7 days: 80% total room charge
- Cancellation in checking date: 100% total room charge
- Free pick - to the airport (one way) or
- 10% the first night, or 15% for booking from 2 nights
- 15% for bookings of two or more rooms
