The following provisions the basis of www.vietnamhotels.vn. These provisions are intended to protect you. you agree to be bound by these guidelines as follows:

RATE
 

All rates are quoted net (incl. Service Tax) in U.S. Dollars at current rates of exchange to the local currency and there are no additional booking fees. These special low rates are only available when you make full payment for your booking in advance via the Internet.
 

All prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. Such fares, prices, international rates of exchange, government taxes and any other factors outside our control are subject to change, which in turn may affect room rates quoted.

RESERVATION
 

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of request. Once the booking is confirmed by the hotel. Reservations are confirmed by our system once guaranteed by your payment.
 

It is your responsibility to verify that all reservation details are complete and correct. OPENTOUR shall not be responsible for any loss or delay (direct, indirect or consequential) or third party claims (including any cancellation fees) caused by any incorrect or incomplete details in your reservation request.

AMENDMENTS
 

Any changes to your reservation must be made through our office and NOT through the hotel reservations office. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delayed arrival or cancellation in full or in part. You should also contact us if you have any problems with your reservation on arrival or during your stay.
 

The amendments must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking (e.g., HN032090 or SG033090)
 

All requests for additional nights or rooms are subject to room availability.
 

All amendments will incur a one-time fee of usd 5 (five dollar)

If the amendment results in a refund of payment (reduction of stay, number of rooms, or number of people booked), a handling fee will be charged on the amount to be refunded equivalent to 5% of the total value or usd 10 (whichever is the greater)
Amendments are only effective when we have confirmed by email.

Photographs and illustrations and other promotional material are for promotion purposes only. They do not represent any benefit that will be included in any arrangements made by you.
 
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

The check in and check out time varies and depends on the hotel's own policy. In general, check in and check out time is at twelve noon (12:00 PM). However, in some regions, the hotel will only permit check-in from 14:00 or even 15:00 onward and check-out at 10:00. Hotels reserve the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied outside their normal check-in and check-out time.

You understand and agree to adhere to the hotel's own policies on the check-in and check-out time, and release OPENTOUR from any claims in relation to it.

CANCELLATION

All reservations have a Cancellation Deadline (cut of date). This is normally 14 working days before arrival until 21:00 OPENTOUR local time but varies by hotel and season. Actual deadline will be advised to you on confirmation of your reservation. OPENTOUR local time is GMT+7:00

• If notification of cancellation is received >14 working days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charge but 5% of the refund value or USD 10, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.

• If notification of cancellation is received between 7-14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date : Cancellation charge of 10% of the refund value or USD 15, whichever is greater, plus a credit card processing fee of 3.5% will be applied.

• If notification of cancellation is received less than 2-6 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date: Cancellation charge of one night's accommodation (if your booking was for only 1 night then full amount will be charged)

- Booking with 5 rooms up, cancel within 72 hours or no-show, it will be charged 1 night.
- Booking with group below 20 rooms:

• Cancellation before 21 days: no charge

• Cancellation after 21 days: 50% total room charge.

• Cancellation after 7 days: 80% total room charge

• Cancellation in checking date: 100% total room charge

All cancellation requests must be made in writing, quoting the booking reference number and the email address you originally used to make your booking (i.e. HN032090 or SG033090). Cancellations are only effective when we have confirmed by email. Proof of sending is not regarded as proof of delivery.

OPENTOUR as agents for the hotel, wholesale companies and other suppliers reserve the right to levy a whole period or pro rated room charge for cancellations and no show, where the hotel has stipulated this under their own cancellation and no show policy.

COMPULSORY GALA DINNERS on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Tet and other festivals
 

Please be aware that most hotels organize special gala dinners which are compulsory for all guests on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve as well as during other festive occasions. These dinners must be paid for - they are a compulsory charge, regardless of whether the client wants the dinner or not. Any clients staying at the hotel during these specific days will automatically be charged, no refund will be given. If the hotel announces its rates for the compulsory dinners at a later time, the clients have to pay for the compulsory dinner's directly to the hotel on the spot. Prices for compulsory gala dinners are listed in separate. Our rates for compulsory gala dinners are net and no further discounts apply.

RESPONSIBILITY OF OPENTOUR

OPENTOUR and its third party websites act only as agent for the person or companies providing accommodation, transport or other services, hereinafter called 'Service Providers.' OPENTOUR issues all coupons, vouchers, tickets or other documents on the Service Providers' terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that neither OPENTOUR, nor its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any Service Provider or by "force majeure" or other events beyond OPENTOUR's control, including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, Acts of God, Acts of Government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicles or industrial disputes.

OPENTOUR shall not be liable for, or responsible to, any customer in the event of dissatisfaction based on personal opinion regarding the standard of service or accommodation provided by any Service Provider nor be liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, lack of enjoyment arising from any act or omission whatsoever. OPENTOUR will only acknowledge liability in the case of proven justified complaints relating to specific and tangible inadequacies of facilities, accommodation or services provided.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and OPENTOUR relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site
